We are extremely happy you have chosen Lux Seat. Please note that due our products being made to your bespoke requirements we do not offer returns.
In the event of a defective or damaged product, this will only be applied to the frame, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, if the leather has been improperly handled, returns will not be accepted.
We recommend inspecting the items carefully upon delivery, even if you do not plan to use them right away. You can report any issues by contacting a staff member via 07703466048, alternatively you can send us an email on Info@luxseat.co.uk. Once we understand the nature of the problem, we will work diligently to address the issue as swiftly as possible.
