LUX SEAT provides structured specification support for interior designers, architects, contractors and commercial clients working on bespoke upholstered furniture projects.

Specification Services

Comprehensive support from concept to production

3D Visual Site Review

Professional 3D visual camera technology, including Matterport-style walkthroughs, to review project spaces in detail. This allows us to assess wall runs, seating layouts, circulation areas, and confirm correct stool and seat heights.

Dimension & Layout Confirmation

All LUX SEAT furniture is manufactured to order. During specification we review overall furniture dimensions, seat heights and depths, back heights and proportions, bar and counter stool alignment, and modular seating coordination.

Upholstery & Material Suitability

We provide guidance on selecting materials appropriate for the project environment. Specification support includes fabric and leather suitability, durability requirements for commercial use, pattern direction and repeat considerations, and cleaning and maintenance factors.

COM Upholstery Support

For projects using Customer's Own Material, we assist with fabric suitability checks, meterage guidance, pattern repeat alignment, and approval prior to production. Clear COM coordination helps prevent delays during manufacturing.
